Welcome to Cool Care Solutions. By accessing and using our website, services and social media platforms, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. 1.1. Services Cool Care Solutions provides cleaning, installation, maintenance and repair services for air conditioning units and other electrical systems. All services are subject to availability and Cool Care Solutions reserves the right to refuse service for any reason at our discretion.

1.2. Quotation and Estimates Quotes provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated. Any variations in scope or unforeseen issues arising during the service may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work continues.

1.3. Payment Terms Payment is required upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept payment by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined by Queensland law.

1.4. Liability Cool Care Solutions will take care in providing services. However, we cannot be held responsible for any pre-existing issues with equipment or systems, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

1.5. Cancellation Policy Customers may cancel or reschedule services without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee to cover costs.

4. Electrical and Air Conditioning Services Terms and Conditions

4.1. Scope of Work Cool Care Solutions provides general air conditioning and electrical services, including installation, maintenance, installation and repair. All work will be performed by qualified and licensed professionals in accordance with Queensland electrical safety standards.

4.2. Customer Obligations You must provide safe access to the site where services are to be performed. This includes clearing the area around air conditioning units and electrical panels to ensure work can be completed efficiently and safely.

4.3. Warranty on Services Cool Care Solutions warrants all work completed for a period of 12 months unless otherwise specified. This warranty applies only to the workmanship and does not cover parts, equipment, or pre-existing faults.

4.4. Maintenance and Repairs For air conditioning units or electrical systems that are more than 5 years old, we advise that there may be an increased risk of component failure during cleaning or repair. While Cool Care Solutions will take every precaution, customers acknowledge and accept this risk, and Cool Care Solutions is indemnified from liability for failures due to aged components.

4.5. Health and Safety Cool Care Solutions complies with all relevant occupational health and safety regulations in Queensland. Our team is trained in safe work practices and will conduct all work in line with safety standards.
